Chris is more than our realtor, he is a friend. Our journey with Chris began two years ago when we moved across the country from Indiana to Louisiana to attend law school. He found the perfect place to us, and avoided those that no 18 year old should have been in, even though he could have easily made his money off of them. Instead, Chris took the time and responsibility to place us in the perfect home. 2 years later and we just had Chris help us purchase our second home a few miles down the road. Not only, have we purchased two homes with Chris, but we have now began the selling process on another with him. Everything has always gone exactly as it should. It was pleasure having Michelle as my agent. Very responsive and helpful with the home buying process. In this competitive market you have to be quick and aggressive to be awarded a home and she was both. As soon as i sent her a listing that i was interested in, she would on the spot begin to provide property disclosures and call selling agent to get a feel of what the seller was looking for, which gave us an edge over the others. Michelle did not hesitate to drive out to the property, if something did not look right, she did not think twice to let me know. Purchasing a home from out of state i had to rely on her to be my eyes and when i finally made the trip out to take the keys, i was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend using her services
